The deal
By using creds.wtf you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
Your account
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password safe. One human per account. Don't impersonate others.
Acceptable use
No spam, malware, illegal content, harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content involving minors, or content that infringes someone else's IP. No automated scraping of other creators' profiles or contact data. We can suspend or terminate any account that violates this.
Your content, your responsibility
You own the content you upload. You grant creds.wtf a license to host, display, and transmit it as required to run the service. You're responsible for the legality of links you publish, including any required disclosures (affiliate, FTC, etc.).
Paid plans
Subscriptions billed via Stripe. Cancel any time from the customer portal, access continues until the end of your current billing period. Plan changes prorate on your next invoice. No refunds for partial periods.
Verified badges
Verified, Operator, and Elite badges are granted at our discretion based on real account activity and platform connections. We may revoke a badge if eligibility changes.
No warranty
Service provided "as is". Uptime is best-effort. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum aggregate liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales unless local mandatory law says otherwise.
